Our manufacturing process allows us to custom make to any specifications or dimensions whilst still remaining cost effective. As our manufacturing process involves very little curing time we are able to adjust our profiles to suit individual clients without delaying the project.
All of our architectural mouldings are made in our factory, from the cutting of the profile on our computer controlled hotwire cutter, to the application of the impact resistant polyurethane. The moulds are then primed ready for painting prior to leaving the factory. After consultation with the on-site supervisors, our trained and experienced installers will then install the mouldings as per our specifications. As the product is lightweight much larger profiles are possible and installation is much easier, thus reducing time onsite and therefore keeping your costs down.
